Our first contact with Baker Motor Company while shopping for a 2018 Range Rover was sales representative Thien Nguyen. Thien is quite a character. With a thorough knowledge of the vehicle, he was able to answer every question we posed with confidence. He is truly committed to outstanding customer service and will “bend over backwards” to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. He offered great advice on which options to choose, based on what fit our lifestyle. No pushiness whatsoever.Thien has a great sense of humor, and it made the whole process a lot of fun. (He might briefly digress into a discussion of quantum physics or another subject of interest, but it all relates in some way to the product he is representing.) He clearly loves what he is doing, and he is very proud to be associated with the team at Baker Motor Company. He spoke with high regard for Mr. Baker, whose hard work created and grew the business over many years. Thien shares his commitment to client satisfaction.Since we just purchased our first Range Rover from BMC, we have yet to experience/evaluate the maintenance/service department. But if Thien Nguyen is representative of the integrity and commitment of the other departments in the organization, we know we will be very impressed.

Wonderful sales AND service department. Been dealing with them for 20 years and still have complete trust in them. The serviced department is thorough and competent. The service manager genuinely cares about the customers and it shows in the service advisors. Other than myself they are the only ones I trust to do anything on my Land Rovers.

I was in Charleston to visit family for Christmas and received a warning on my Range Rover as I came into town. Being over 500 miles from home I didn't feel safe to head back up the road until it was looked at. We contacted the dealership late Saturday and connected with them first thing Tuesday morning after the holiday. Not only was Garrett Watson amazingly helpful and kind he turned my car around in a day knowing I was set to head home Wednesday. As soon as we talked with him he said to just bring it in and they'd do their best to get it fixed that day. Had a call just before 5pm that it was ready to go. They had washed it and fixed everything. I was so impressed with their service but, especially with Garrett. Cannot thank him enough! Absolutely wonderful customer service.
